My name is Laura, and I am a Registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr) and Complementary Health Practitioner. I grew up in Grey/Bruce and settled back in the area in 2018.

I have always been passionate about helping others feel empowered in their health and well-being. Naturally, this led me to explore bodywork and energy medicine as a way to support healing. I haven’t always been here, though…

My post-secondary journey began with Massage Therapy, but a strong case of wanderlust took me across Canada and eventually to Europe, where I spent part of my twenties living and travelling abroad.

Later, I returned to school to study Medical Laboratory Science and worked in hospital labs for over a decade. However, I grew disillusioned with the conventional approach to healthcare, which often focuses more on treating illness than preventing it. I felt a deep calling to help people feel good—inside and out—through the natural healing modalities I had discovered in my own journey toward holistic well-being.

For the past 20 years, I have immersed myself in the study of both science and spirituality, blending these perspectives in my approach to complementary healing. I have completed formal training and hold certifications in several healing modalities, as well as an advanced diploma in Medical Laboratory Science. My passion for learning is endless, and I am always seeking new ways to expand my skills and deepen my practice. I am currently studying Clinical Hypnosis and working toward a diploma in Holistic Nutrition to further enrich the healing experience I offer.

Outside of work, I am a wife and a busy mother of four. I love reading, somatic exercise, and cooking delicious plant-based meals. I find joy in being by the beach, walking in the forest, listening to music, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and—of course—animals (especially dogs). But my greatest joy comes from my children, watching them explore, learn, and grow.
